Sea Glass with messages

I'm a huge fan of snail mail and I have a project only for this: Love it Forward List.

When I want to include a #wordrocks in the envelope, sometimes I use sea glass. Not just because it's lighter than a rock but because I love the colors.

The best marker for this is Posca Ultra Fine.
You can buy Sea Glass at Amazon.

Join Love it Forward List and send a love letter to someone in need. Encourage someone with your love and kindness. You have the power to light up someone's day. ❤️💌 Love is action!

If you know someone who needs a kind word, we'll love to help: loveitforwardlist@gmail.com

Create Magic!

I spent the morning trying these magic markers for the first time! A supply that gave me back that magic feeling that you have when you are a kid!

Each marker has two sides, one for regular color and the other for a mystery color change. After you draw with the regular marker just apply the switcheroo side and see what crazy colors come up for totally unexpected color changes.

In my Instagram @ Love Is Action Movement you can watch the video that I made painting one of the rocks.

Pure awesomeness!!!

#wordrocks in Chile and Argentina

A few rocks are flying today to Santiago (Chile) and Buenos Aires (Argentina).

A friend helped me with the quotes in Spanish and I used Google Translator to create the tags (hopefully they are good).

Neon signs

Since I bought this Fluorescent Pattern Pad, I've been using the sheets to make envelopes or small notes.

This week I decided to prepare signs to leave around.

Some calligraphy and washi tape (to stick without damaging) made them so lovely!

Signs were left in Oceanside, La Jolla and Encinitas.

Flower Rocks

I've been painting #wordrocks for the past six years. Seeking for new ideas to create different stones it is something that I really love.

This is my first time using Martha Stewart Acrylic paint and I'll stick with tehm for the rest of my life. Perfect and easy coat!

When the rocks were dried I add the stickers and a line on the edge of the paint (always matching the colors).

To make sure that stickers will not peel off, I add a coat of Mod Podge.

That easy! I hope you are inspired to paint some and make your neighborhood floral too!

Trying Copic markers for the first time

Today I tried Copic markers for the first time and loved them! Not all the colors worked well but some just came out so beautiful!

I love how is easy to blend the shade of colors.

If you want to try, here is the link.
