Rainbow themed Shrinky Dinks!

I found out about Shrinky Dink two weeks ago when browsing Pinterest and immediatialy thought that using it would be a perfect fit for Share a Rainbow Day ideas! I've never tried it before as I can't remember having it in my country, Brazil, when I was a kid. WOW! Supplies needed (affiliate links for your convenience) CD ROM Mod Podge Flat Rhinestones and Sequins Marbles Hot Glue Gun Mandalas encourage kids to create, imagine and find harmony. Furthermore, it helps children improve the accuracy of their fine motor skills, and also, for the youngest, the skills needed to manipulate certain craft supplies. They have the option to add a marble on the center of the creation and make it a spinner mandala. Explain to the children that mandalas are special circles that have unique meanings to each artist. They can use d ifferent colors and supplies to create it, but they all have something in common: RADIAL SYMMETRY. In easier words, mandala looks the same all the way around a circle. Supplies used (affiliate links for your convenience): 6"dowels Glitter Hot Glue Gun Modge Podge Star shaped wood ( 3 in or 4 in ) Optional: Bells ( metallic twine to tie them) Ribbons, pompons Add a layer of Mod Podge to each star and pour glitter on them until the whole surface is covered. Allow to dry completely and apply one more layer of Mod Podge to fix the glitter. Hot glue the back of a dowel rod and glue to a star. Time to decorate the rod with as many colors and bells you want!
